Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean only
- Possess a Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Proficient with desktop operation systems , MS office, Outlook, desktop, notebook hardware & software
- Experience in supporting desktop migration such as Active Directory and Exchange Migration will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Service Desk operations , incident, service request and change management process
- Good interpersonal & communications skills
- Resourceful, analytical and good problem-solving skill
