Description:

Looking to hire for a L1/L2 App support engineer, this person will sit with the Application team to maintain existing IT systems and core banking application.

As the L1/L2 Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for;

  • Providing L1/L2 support for core banking applications and existing IT systems
  • All daily and monthly IT operational health checks
  • Application server support, User application account/access administration
  • Tech application deployment
  • Documentation

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in technology operational/support function, ideally with banking exposure. Knowledge with core banking systems ie, Avaloq, T24 is a huge plus.
