JOB REQUIREMENTS

For our NOC we are looking for Level 2 Cloud and Security Engineers who will deliver world class service by fulfilling Cloud & Security related Incidents, Requests, Changes and Problems. You will also be expected to work technically on tickets in this domain, implement Firewall rules in-line with our clients’ process and policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for fulfilling Cloud & Security related Incidents, Requests, Changes and Problems on time and in line with the client’s processes and policies.
• Implement Firewall rules using the Tufin SecureChange management tool.
• Communicate with client stakeholders and other teams both within NTT and the client.
• Gain and maintain cloud and security related certifications as agreed by your line manager.
• Deliver support across a number of Cloud and Security products:
• Cisco ASA
• Infoblox
• Checkpoint
• FortiNet and FortiDDoS
• Blue Coat
• Zscaler

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups
• Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance, and considers possible changing circumstances
• Ability to coach and mentor less experienced colleagues
• Good level of English is a must.
• Good level of German is a big advantage.
• Previous experience delivering support in a large Cisco or Fortinet based network environment. (Cloud and/or Security)
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Bluecoat/Symantic Proxy Servers, F5 Loadbalances, Fortinet, Cisco Firewall, is essential
• Working with tickets, to SLAs in an ITIL based operational environment.
• Cisco CCNP Security or Fortinet Certification
• Symantic/Bluecoat Proxy Certification (Desirable but not required)
• F5 Certified Administrator (Desirable but not required)
• Cisco ISE Specialist Certification (Desirable but not required)
