• Good level of English is a must.
• Good level of German is a big advantage.
• Previous experience delivering support in a large Cisco or Fortinet based network environment. (Cloud and/or Security)
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Bluecoat/Symantec Proxy Servers, F5 Loadbalancers, Fortinet, Cisco Firewall, is essential
• Working with tickets, to SLAs in an ITIL based operational environment.
• Cisco CCNP Security or Fortinet Certification
• Symantec/Bluecoat Proxy Certification (Desirable but not required)
• F5 Certified Administrator (Desirable but not required)
• Cisco ISE Specialist Certification (Desirable but not required)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be responsible for fulfilling Cloud & Security related Incidents, Requests, Changes and Problems on time and in line with the client’s processes and policies.
• Implement Firewall rules using the Tufin SecureChange management tool.
• Communicate with client stakeholders and other teams both within NTT and the client.
• Gain and maintain cloud and security related certifications as agreed by your line manager.
• Deliver support across a number of Cloud and Security products: Blue Coat, Zscaler, RSA, F5 Load Balancers , Cisco ASA, Infoblox, Checkpoint, FortiNet and FortiDDoS
