Hiring Unit:
Department of Biology

Position Summary:

• Prepares media for nematode cultures
• Cleans glassware and restocks consumables such as pipet tips
• Maintains lab work area in a clean and orderly fashion

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

• Knowledge of basic sterile techniques
• Punctual, reliable and responsible
• Good time management skills
• Must be enrolled in the Work Study Program, McGill University 24-25
• Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 on a scale of 0-4.

Experience and education: Science undergraduate student.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
