Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the overall structure and operations of the Brookman’s Park lab and its supporting data center.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve lab needs, prioritize resources, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Provide input on budgetary requirements for lab equipment, maintenance, and operational expenses.
- Assisting in implementing a range of service methodologies, including incident management, problem management, capacity management, and more.
- Maintaining existing co-located and in-house Data Centers
- Coordinate technical and IT issues on site and provide support
- Provide support and maintain lab system access and automation to support testing of various satellite terminals Over the Air and via Satellite simulator
- Update lab device and cable management documentation and relevant system database like Patch Manager.
- Make sure health and safety needs are carried out for lab tenants and visitors
- Facilitate and coordinate lab installs including the data center/lab and antenna gantry
