Job title: Lab Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lab Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our laboratory team. The successful candidate will work closely with scientists and researchers to ensure the smooth operation of lab equipment and systems.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance on lab instruments
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and order new supplies as needed
• Assist with data collection and analysis
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Provide training and support to lab staff on equipment usage
• Assist with experimental procedures and protocols as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field
• Previous experience working in a laboratory setting
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of lab equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
