Responsibilities:

Perform all tasks in a safe manner

• Understand and fully utilize all test procedures.
• Operate all diagnostic equipment needed to perform job
• Perform all in-process and finished product testing as required by specification or as assigned by management.
• Coordinate with QA Lead, Shift Supervisor, Line Leader, Production Technician, Process Engineer, and other Operations team members to resolve issues or discrepancies.
• Actively participate in safety, product, and compliance audits
• Enter correct data into Quality Windows, perform analysis of data, and report trends that indicate process issues.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the QA and Operations teams.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers as well as co-workers to solve problems and enhance capabilities of the team
• Train others as needed
• Ability to work OT as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma Required

• At least 2 years manufacturing experience
• Must be willing to rotate shifts if needed, in order to cover for other associates on vacation, sick leave, etc
• This is a 12 hour night shift position
• Based on business needs, Berry Global in Benson is a 24/7/365 facility
