Description:
Job Description:
- Conduct routine experiments such as raw materials or intermediates use tests and prepare test report
- Conduct non-routine experiments such as process optimisation or technology transfer assigned by the Technical Development Chemists or Engineers.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of workplace.
- Assist Technical Development Chemist in investigation and data collection for process related matters.
- Support irregular work hours for campaign monitoring.
- Carry out maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments and/or equipment.
- Maintain laboratory inventory through early procurement and preparation of consumables.
- Selection and procurement of appropriate laboratory equipment.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma in Chemistry or and Chemical related fields.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work as a team in the department.
- Able to perform night shift when needed.
