To reinforce our team during the pregnancy leave of one of our colleagues, we are looking for a temporary Lab Technician Microbiology.

PROFILE

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in agro and biotechnology, Biomedical laboratory technology or Biochemistry?
And are you available from September to January?
Then we are looking for you!

For our position of temporary lab technician we are looking for someone, who:

• Has a bachelor’s degree in agro- and biotechnology, Biomedical laboratory technology or Biochemistry
• Has a basic knowledge of microbiology and sterility
• Speaks English very well

Experience with molecular biology and -techniques such as DNA extraction and qPCR, are a plus.

• Sterile work in the microbiology lab:
• Preparation of various (sterile) growth media.
• Supporting microbiological experiments
• Supporting projects on plant diseases and the development of new biocontrol agents:
• Taking care of plants in various plant trials
• Processing of plant sample
