JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CLINICAL TRIAL PROJECT LEAD

• Oversee clinical trial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Handle various administrative tasks to support project activities and maintain seamless operations.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of clinical trial equipment
• Data entry and collection of clinical data
• Coordinate and schedule visits, as well as recruit study subjects to ensure the smooth progression of clinical trials.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Must possess at least an ITE/Diploma in any field.
• Willing to commit to a 2-year bond.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Capable of working independently on challenging projects and meeting deadlines.
• Eager to learn, prioritize, and multi-task effectively.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with people.
• Ability to function as both a leader and a team player.
