Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, is seeking an associate for its Syracuse office to be part of the Labor & Employment Practice Area.
A minimum of three years of experience in labor and employment law is required. Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar. Candidates must have superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills and have demonstrated abilities to work directly with clients and develop and execute service strategies.

Salary Range: $110,000- $145,000.
This salary range represents the firm’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
