QC hos FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies i Hillerød består af ca. 200 medarbejdere fordelt på forskellige supportteams og fem testteams bestående af QC Microbiology, QC General Chemistry, QC Chromatography, QC Raw Materials og QC Bioassay & Virology. Vi arbejder i et dynamisk og inspirerende miljø, og vi vil over de kommende år kraftigt udvide vores faciliteter for at imødegå efterspørgslen på øget produktion kapacitet fra vores eksisterende og nye kunder, og i sidste ende leverer endnu mere livsvigtig medicin til patienter rundt omkring i hele verden.
Om opgaverne
I QC Microbiology vil du hurtigt komme til at levere en vigtige analyse resultater til brug i supporten af produktionen, hvor du blandt andet kan blive trænet i analyser som BacT, bioburden, bacterial endotoxin testing (BET), growth promotion testing (GPT), og biological indicators (BI). Disse metoder er vigtige i forbindelse med den generelle drift af produktionen, validering af udstyr, kvalitetskontrol af råmaterialer, in-process (IPC) og stabilitets prøver, og release testing af drug substance (DS) og drug products (DP).

Efter endt praktik vil du være godt udrustet med følgende kvalifikationer:

  • kendskab til de gængse mikrobiologiske analysemetoder, såsom BacT/ALERT 3D, Bioburden med Millipore Microfil og Milliflex Oasis, Endotoxin testing med Turbidimetric/Chromogenic LAL og Recombinant Factor C, ID med MicroSEQ og Maldi-TOF, GPT, BI med mere, der bruges i et moderne mikrobiologisk laboratorie.
  • praktisk erfaring med kørsel af flere af disse analysemetoder, troubleshooting og vedligeholdelse af det tilhørende udstyr.
  • forberedelse til analyserne, analysekørsler på IPC, DS og DP, databehandling og efterfølgende afrapportering af data.
  • oprettelse af afvigelser (deviations) og invalid assays.
  • erfaring med current good manufacturing practice (cGMP), og hvad det vil sige at arbejde i et QC-laboratorie for en cGMP producent hvor vi frigiver lægemidler til tusindvis af patienter over hele verden.
