Work type: Full Time (Permanent) 38 hours per week
Schedule: Various shifts between 3:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday and participate in a Saturday and Public Holiday roster, as required
Department: Central Laboratory in Histology
Hourly Rate range: $24.9200 - $26.1953 depending on experience (not including relevant penalty rates, allowances, loadings etc.)

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Routine embedding and microtomy of human and animal tissue samples
- Routine maintenance of equipment
- Filing and storage of specimens
- Assisting other staff in the Lab as required
- Staying up to date with procedures
