Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Laboratory Office Administrator to join our close-knit team. The role is office-based at our laboratory, providing essential support in scheduling laboratory tests, processing data, handling email queries, and coordinating deliveries. You’ll also act as a first point of contact for farmers, milk buyers, and vets. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with great administration skills who is comfortable using multiple computer systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling laboratory testing and processing data for invoicing
- Managing email inboxes and handling queries from various stakeholders (farmers, vets, milk buyers)
- Acting as reception for deliveries and meetings
- Using a variety of general PC applications and specialized software
- Providing general office support and ensuring smooth daily operations
