Key Responsibilities:

• Offer product demonstrations and training to sales teams and customers, both on-site and via eStudio and demo labs.
• Manage demo stock and facilitate demo stock transfers.
• Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our services.
• Serve as a LabX specialist in the UK, delivering technical support, demonstrations, training, and method development both on-site and remotely.
• Visit customers with a consultancy approach to help them enhance their processes.
• Conduct internal LabX training sessions for both new and existing colleagues to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain a high level of expertise within the UK team.
