For IbexTM Solutions, our unique biological manufacturing and development concept in Visp, Switzerland, we are looking for a Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) in our team in Mammalian Purification Development.
In this role, you will work hands-on in our state-of-the art laboratories and interact with international, cross-functional teams to develop purification processes for the manufacture of novel biotherapeutics.
Key requirements:
- Lab technician degree or comparable qualification
- Biotechnology expertise and knowledge in the area of downstream process development (chromatography and tangential flow filtration) is an advantage
- Structured, focused and well-organised working attitude, open-minded for new ideas and suggestions, high motivation and dynamic drive
- Good knowledge of English and basic German is require
Responsibilities:
- Execute and document experimental lab work of project-specific downstream process development activities according to defined expectations and schedule
- Generate and collect high quality data in collaboration with individual scientists and lab technicians
- Contribute to the evaluation, maintenance and qualification of lab equipment
- Ensure appropriate maintenance of the workplace, share and implement best practices for lab and equipment management
