IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Laborer! 1st Shift Hours! Team Environment
Multiple Opportunities Available!
Starting Hourly Rate of Pay for the Laborer is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
Hours for the Laborer are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Essential Functions for the Laborer Include:

  • Pull product.
  • Fill and package products to standards.
  • Attach identification labels to finished packaged items.
  • Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products
  • Verify and adjust product weight to meet specifications and separate rejected items.
  • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
  • Stack product in locations, such as transit sheds or in holds of trucks as directed, using pallets.

Minimum Required Education and Experience for the Laborer Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Read and interrupt work orders.
  • Prior industrial or farm background is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 pounds continuously.
  • Solid work history is required to be considered.
