What you’ll do:
Position title: LAC Business AI – Early Career Talent
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Duration: Temporary role up to 2 years

EDUCATION:

• Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• Preferably not exceeding 2 years from graduation
• Preferably in the field of technology, engineering, business management or related areas

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Prior professional experience supporting project and program management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is desired.
• Entrepreneurship Spirit - strong desire to come up with new ideas to structure theBusiness AI operation in the region.
• Communication Skills - Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Adaptability - Capability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive Approach - High initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
