KNOWLEDGE

Responsibilities:
The Risk and Compliance Transformation Portfolio Services Senior Manager is required to support the Risk & Compliance (R&C) Transformation Head in creating and leading a World Class Business Engineering organization which be recognized as market leading both internally and externally.
The role holder acts as a primary contact for the administration around the entire regional portfolio and ensuring the delivery of key and major change initiatives in the region, following the proposed business plan, target dates, milestones, etc. The role holder is expected to play the role of a ‘trusted advisor’ internally in the Transformation community and to Risk and Compliance stakeholders in senior management by constructively challenging their thinking and helping them prioritise their change needs, aligning the change programme to local needs and to the requirements defined by the Risk and Compliance organization. The role holder is accountable for making plans and leading projects, to help the R&C Management in the making decision process and provide a clear view on the way to accomplish the gaols set for the R&C Transformation area. This role will also act as the PMO senior officer to track and report against resourcing and budgeting of the regional transformation portfolio. The position can also act as the deputy regional Risk and Compliance Transformation Head.
