Join our team as a Land and Asset Coordinator and play a vital role in managing land and asset agreements for ACCIONA Energia’s renewable energy projects. We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual to maintain strong relationships with landowners, councils, and government bodies, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Job Description

  • Land and Asset Management: Register and manage assets, administer lease contracts, and ensure compliance with land and asset agreements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business continuity and manage risks effectively.
  • Compliance Coordination: Oversee compliance with statutory and contractual obligations within land lease agreements and third-party contracts.
  • Support Site Leaders: Assist site leaders in managing land access, ownership conditions, and fulfilling landowner engagement obligations.
  • Documentation Management: Monitor and maintain licenses, permits, and authorizations, ensuring all documentation and compliance reporting are up to date.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and databases, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience in coordinating and understanding regulations and contracts is highly regarded.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
