Summary
Freedom Professional Services are currently recruiting for Land Officers / Surveyors to join our team, Ideally you will be based in the Yorkshire / North East Region, you be home based but expected to travel to either our Leeds, Catterick or Wakefield offices as when required.
You will work with the our DNO Client in providing technical support and management across the region, together with feasibility studies and acquisitions for Connections and Renewables projects.

We’re looking for an experienced, forward thinking and dedicated land Office / Surveyor to join our team..
YOU MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE IN:
- A RICS accredited or profession relevant degree and/or a level of experience in a relevant role with the level of the position is Desirable
- Technical and Professional knowledge and experience associated with the role - Essential
- Able to analyse problems and identify solutions - Essential
- Good communication skills, both written and oral at all levels - Essential
- Experience of working in the Utilities or Renewables sectors - Desirable
- A full driving license - Essential
Responsibilities:
- Technical management of Land and Estate projects and support to our team servicing this framework Contract.
- Working with both internal and external clients in providing technical guidance and direction on land acquisition, planning regulation, valuation and compensation in the delivery of projects.
- Major Projects, including operational reviews, client engagement and commercial control.
- Maintain and build on existing and new client relationships.
