Responsibilities

Relating to Federal, State, Municipal, you must carry out the following activities for minor projects and Pipe Integrity departments:

  • Obtain, through strategic efforts, the necessary permits for the Construction and Operation stages of the afore mentioned projects.
  • Maintain the procedures acquired through a management of compliance with conditions and/or terms specified in the corresponding authorizations, maintaining interaction with technical departments to collect the corresponding information.
  • Close procedures acquired for the construction stages according to procedures with the corresponding authorities, being able to release the company from responsibilities acquired during the construction stage.
  • Supervise the integration of files of each procedure according to administrative procedures and lines of responsibility.
  • Generate and control budget lines for each process according to the needs of the project and internal procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a direct management agenda with the representatives of each authority and/or individual, to identify, obtain, maintain and close procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a direct management agenda with external consultants to meet the needs of the project.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in areas related to Urbanization or Industrial Development and others related to this context.
  • 2 years of minimum experience in the management of Federal, State and Municipal procedures such as Municipal Agency, State and Municipal Civil Protection Agency, PEMEX, CFE, etc.
  • Basic knowledge in georeferenceable positioning programs, AUTOCAD, ARCGIS, GoogleEarth, etc.
  • Driver’s license to travel to various cities within the Project.
  • Availability of change of residence.
  • Proven experience in the interpretation of federal, state and municipal regulations applicable to Hydrocarbon Transportation systems.

Preferred qualifications

  • Desirable experience of internal work in Federal and/or state and/or Municipal dependencies.
  • Internal work experience in Urban and/or Civil Protection consultancies.
