We are looking for a project manager in land surveying for the reality capture team. The person will be expected to interact with customers, propose the right solutions, complete assigned tasks, follow up and support the customer.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and from one of our offices.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing field survey projects.
- Mastery of data capture technologies (terrestrial scanners, drones, mobile mapping systems).
- Knowledge of data processing and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- French language Competency and good writing and communication skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- ASP Construction card (an asset)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize site visits in coordination with customers and internal teams
- Use various surveying equipment such as 3D digitizers, 3D cameras or drones to capture precise data
- Carry out topographical surveys and detailed field measurements
- Process and analyze collected data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Generate deliverables such as plans, 3D models and topographic maps
- Support users and customers in the use and interpretation of deliverables
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, related software and surveying best practices
- Ensure compliance of readings with current standards and regulations
- Write technical reports detailing data capture processes and results obtained
- Work closely with design teams to integrate survey data into projects
- Train and supervise new team members or trainees in surveying techniques an equipment use
