FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Lawn Capital is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Account Manager for our landscape maintenance department. The Landscape Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for Lawn Capital clients and crews, focusing on building and sustaining long-term client relationships, generating ancillary sales, and overseeing field operations to ensure the highest quality of service.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • B2B Sales: 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably within the landscaping industry.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by conducting regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met.
  • Sales and Proposals: Proactively create bids and proposals for site enhancement ideas for existing customers and seek new client leads and opportunities.
  • Contract Renewals: Ensure renewals of current accounts within the maintenance department portfolio by maintaining excellent client relations.
  • Safety Compliance: Provide and maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, and the general public, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Customer Communication: Regularly communicate with property managers or homeowners to address their needs and expectations, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Manage and resolve customer problems or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Team Management: Track crew progress, make strategic day-to-day decisions for the maintenance team, and coach and develop team members.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain, optimize, and adjust maintenance routes for each crew to ensure efficient operations.
  • Inventory Management: Purchase and record inventory levels of consumable items used during maintenance operations.
