Empire Landscaping Ltd is a high quality landscape construction company operating in Kelowna and surrounding areas since 2005. We specialize working on top tier homes and projects, creating beautiful yards and outdoor living spaces, being masters of hardscaping. We are looking for full time passionate, motivated, trustworthy and committed individuals to join our team. We are looking to hire physically fit, hardworking forman/forwoman and leadhands to start the 2025 Landscape season.
Please note we do NOT do any yard or lawn maintenance, we are strictly a landscape construction company.
Position includes daily overtime and a minimum of 47.5 + hours a week. Empire offers the best wages in the city based on experience, wages range for an experienced foreman on average between $30-$40/hr plus daily overtime, a company truck and fuel/credit card, paid profit sharing bonuses and other incentives, the position includes at least 2 to 3+ hours of daily overtime. Leadhands can expect to make in between $25-32/hr plus overtime, paid profit sharing bonuses and incentives, includes at least 1.5+ hours of daily overtime.
A drivers license and vehicle is required. Duties may include installing some or all of the following: installing block retaining walls and raised garden beds, block stair cases, paver stone patios, pathways and driveways, irrigation systems, artificial turf, installing top soil and leveling out, installing turf, garden and shrub beds, water features, landscape lighting, excavating and grading of job sites, operating skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, jack hammers, turf cutters, planting trees and shrubs, landscape edging, cedar fencing, etc. The foreman will be required to understand all company and industry related safety procedures and regulations, read and interpret landscape and architectural drawings,

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 47 – 55 per week
