Description:

The Role
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Inspector to join our dynamic engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: • Inspection of works carried out by the contractor in respect of the works relative to the Landscape scope of works and systems. • Monitoring installation of all Landscape activities of the project to ensure compliance with approved and proper standards. • Supervise and verify the quality control of site Landscape works to ensure conformity with all contract documents for the project. • Review Contractor’s QA test Reports of various Landscape activities. • Carry out daily surveillance Inspections of the site works to ensure the contractor’s compliance with the drawings, specifications, and Material approvals. • Carry out technical assignments for materials and equipment being procured for the project through a Material Delivery Report. • Witness regularly various QA/QC off-site tests carried out on Landscape works, by the independent lab for all finishing products when required. • Carry out all the snagging inspections and share the snag list with the Senior team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Landscape Inspector, or in a similar role within the engineering or construction industry. - Excellent observational skills with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and project managers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess landscape health and propose effective solutions. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Fluency in English.
