Description:

THE POSITION

We are currently looking for an experienced go-getter who is interested in joining our team as a Landscape Sales/Client Care Representative! Are you looking for an opportunity to take ownership of growing our sales and client base, wowing our current clients, working with a team-oriented and supportive group of people, and are interested in joining a company that helps employees become the best versions of themselves and grows their careers in landscaping? The successful applicant will be responsible for seeking out new leads and converting them into clients for our landscape construction, lawn maintenance, and snow division, and maintaining long term relationships with our current clients. With drive, empathy, and using your expert knowledge of the landscaping industry, you will persuade clients to invest in our services to enhance their outdoor spaces while promoting our company values. This role will be about 75% out in the field and 25% in the office, the successful applicant is expected to be in the field the majority of the time to seek out new leads and meet with clients to build relationships with them.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary education in Horticulture, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
  • Previous sales and client care experience in the landscaping industry, preferably a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Proactive, takes initiative, and is comfortable with risk and ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills, charismatic, and listens well to the client’s needs
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities, and with minimal oversight
  • Be able to handle constructive criticism
  • Comfortable using technology, previous experience using CRMs preferred
  • Detail orientated
  • Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of each season
