Description:
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in transport/rail/maritime/marine/stevedoring operations
- Experience using 1-Stop system
- Effective customer service, oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organising skills
- Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High attention to detail and ability to rectify errors efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage workloads, work autonomously or as a member of a team so that timely and effective results are achievedWorking knowledge of the appropriate regulatory requirements and bodies
Responsibilities:
The Landside Coordinator is responsible to coordinate all aspects of Landside Operations for the Terminal. To be effective in this role it is critical to develop and maintain effective relationships with our valued industry partners. Your role is to provide excellent customer service and support for landside and quayside stakeholders,
This role works alternating weeks of 6:00am – 2.30pm and 9.30am – 6.00pm, Monday – Friday, to provide support across the span of the day.
