JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Language Model Expert to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in the development, deployment, and optimization of language models, with a particular emphasis on GPT-based models and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques, coupled with hands-on experience in implementing and fine-tuning advanced language models to drive business solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying NLP models, with a strong emphasis on GPT and similar language models.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools and integrating them with AI models.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience in using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for model deployment.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Familiarity with libraries and tools like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, and other NLP toolkits.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development practices.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in developing custom language models for specific industry applications.
• Familiarity with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, RPA Developer).

• Language Model Development: Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge language models, particularly focusing on GPT and other advanced NLP models.
• Model Fine-Tuning: Customize and fine-tune language models to improve their performance for specific tasks and applications.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Integrate language models with RPA tools to automate and enhance business processes.
• Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP, ML, and AI, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to align language model applications with business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed models, ensuring they meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all language models, including usage guidelines, performance metrics, and best practices.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on the use and optimization of language models.
