Responsabilidades:

EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

Level I:

• 5+ years’ experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement / Strategic Sourcing, Warehousing, Operations, or related function.
• Skilled at, finding and understanding data to construct conclusions and insights that aid in decision making processes.
• Working experience in ERP with Warehouse Management (WMS), Production Planning, Inventory Control, ATO/KMAT, MRP.
• Leadership experience of professional and/or production level associates.
• 3 years ERP & purchasing experience.
• Medium to high plant/production complexity.
• 2+ years leading multi-site operations of Production, Transportation Warehousing or related.

Level II:

• 7+ years’ experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement / Strategic Sourcing, warehousing, Operations, or related function.
• Skilled at, finding and understanding data to construct conclusions and insights that aid in decision making processes.
• Working experience in ERP with Warehouse Management (WMS), Production Planning, Inventory Control, ATO/KMAT, MRP.
• Leadership experience of professional and/or production level associates.
• 5 years ERP and purchasing experience.
• Medium to high plant/production complexity.
• 5+ years leading multi-site operations of Production, Transportation Warehousing or related.

EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED):

Level I:

• Skilled in SAP ERP system’s purchasing functions
• SAP working experience
• Continuous Improvement | Lean Manufacturing
• Bar coding, RF-scanners, lots control, serialization
• Experience with sourcing, negotiation, supplier evaluation, commercial contract understanding, risk mitigation.
• Power BI.

Level II:

• All above plus creating and implementing inventory, production planning and purchasing strategies, driving standard business and system processes, and installing discipline.
• Successfully demonstrated ability to influence key business process leaders through supply reviews in the SIOP process.
• Has demonstrated successful scenario planning and group decisions that led to measurable execution window success stories.
• 5+ years leading supply chain operations in different countries.

EDUCATION (REQUIRED):

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business / Industrial Engineering or Related Field
