Large Loss Project Manager

Integricon Alberta:
· a leading property restoration and construction company in Alberta & Southern Ontario
· provides emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties affected by floods, fires, or other property damage
· on the cutting edge of job management using processes and technology to track and monitor its jobs
We are currently looking for a Project Manager with:
· at least five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in insurance restoration
· at least two (2) years of experience with large/complex project management in residential, multifamily and commercial restoration
· estimating experience
· experience overseeing emergency mitigations and/or construction projects, both residential and commercial
· working knowledge of the building envelope, building sciences and project management
· a dedication to monitoring job costs to ensure job profitability
· IICRC certification would be an asset
· working knowledge of Xactimate
· computer literacy is a must for this position

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
