Laser and TIG welder (m/f/d)

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• At best, expertise in the field of metallurgy, tool and die making and/or in the field of castings
• Welding experience an advantage
• General PC skills incl. MS Office
• Diligence, cleanliness and sense of responsibility/quality.
• Technical understanding and good fine motor skills
• Ability to work in a team, friendliness and customer orientation
• Driving license as well as license for industrial trucks and crane operation advantageous

• Laser and TIG welding of components, molds and normal materials according to customer requirements
• Independent setting and operation of laser machines incl. parameter selection
• Independent selection of the correct welding filler material according to standards
• Cleaning of weld seams incl. welding on with the help of suitable work equipment
• Contour-faithful reworking/grinding of cast components according to instructions
• Independent visual, hardness and dimensional control of the work performed
• Execution, documentation and analysis of crack and leak tests
• Read and understand documentation, drawings and presentations and derive work steps from them
• Carrying out one-day or multi-day on-site assignments at home and abroad in all areas
