JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions and related treatments. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ beauty and confidence.

SKILLS

• Proficient in eyelash extension application techniques with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in esthetic laser treatment is a plus.
• Background in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with front desk operations within a beauty or med spa setting.
• Knowledge of hair styling or barbering can be beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• A valid cosmetology license is required for this position.
• Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications and removals while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records using software such as Millennium.
• Provide excellent hospitality by creating a warm and inviting environment for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment.
