Lash Technician / Esthetician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified, skilled and passionate Lash Technician / Esthetician to join our team! With this position you will provide a wide range of beauty treatments and services to our clients, helping them look and feel their best. If you have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for skincare and beauty, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Perform various skincare treatments, including facials and chemical peels
-Offer pedicure and manicure services with regular and gel polish application
- Conduct hair removal services such as waxing and threading
- Apply makeup for special occasions or events
- Perform eyelash extensions and brow shaping
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare concerns and goals
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and techniques
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Proficient in various esthetician techniques, including body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, etc.
- Knowledge of hospitality principles to provide exceptional service to clients
- Ability to perform hair styling services is a plus
- Sales skills to promote products and upsell services

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
