We are looking for a new Director - LatAm Business Portfolio Management to serve as a key enabler for MetLife LatAm’s success in its business transformation journey and ensure the momentum of the next horizon strategy!
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE…
- Build partnership and collaboration with Digital, AI, and Marketing teams to identify tools and solutions to enhance digital customer journey analysis
- Run analysis to support on identifying opportunities for synergies across the region with a focus on improving the digital customer journey. Also, create communities about this subject and manage recurrent agenda in order to accelerate business outcomes through transformation opportunities, driving innovation and simplification, focusing on next generation digital tools and leading an outcome based end to end approach
- Provide governance and support management of the Latam Region Business Transformation agenda related projects including budgets, roadmaps and project plans
- Build and maintain engagement through positive and trust-based relationships with key business partners and countries’ practice leaders to understand their priorities and key projects
- Oversee Reinvest Portfolio for Latam – ensure projects are aligned with regional digital strategy and country strategic initiatives, partner with enterprise reinvest office and country transformation teams to ensure PARs are completed and socialized, direct annual process for Latam including prioritization of projects, track project progress and budgets
- Support driving regional AI program – consolidating Latam major AI initiatives and country experiments and support countries and champions in tracking and reporting
- Partner with regional and country strategy teams to annually define key strategic initiatives and oversee quarterly updates and tracking
- Design and analyze the reports and PowerBI dashboards required for portfolio financials, metrics, health and schedule. Research and write the associated narratives to explain report findings
- Support initiatives to enhance ADM (Agile Delivery Model) maturity in Latam.
