Description:
YOUR IMPACT
As Latam HR Deployment Lead your scope would consist of:
- Drive successful deployment of strategic initiatives within Latam sector, ensuring alignment with transformation leads strategy and compliance with digital and strategic capabilities.
- Ensure global-to-sector-to-local and sector to local alignment with the Transformation leads strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute deployment strategies for digital solutions with the organization´s overall strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with global teams the design of digital products according to sector business requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to define deployment goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization to enhance digital solutions efficiency and effectiveness.
- End-to-end sector project management deployment including planning, execution, monitoring, communication, closure, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships to manage expectations and ensure alignment and support for digital solutions.
- Drive change management and communication strategies to facilitate the adoption of new deployed solutions and processes by end-users.
- Monitor and identify potential risks and issues that may impact deployment projects and develop proactive actions and mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in partnership with Transformation Leads and Process Excellence teams.
- Act as the primary digital technology advisor and a champion to the Business, to identify, lead and drive digital transformation based on functional strategy and platforms.
- Lead Devsecops activities for specific Sector and Local digital solutions, collaborating with global and local S&T teams.
- Ensure compliance with Pepsico Security and Control Policies and Standards for all digital applications implemented at sector level.
- Play a crucial role in the Annual S&T Operating Plan process as well in the “Out of Cycle” funding process, collaborating to secure project prioritization for sector digital products.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect clients/customers
- Ability to solve highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Management skills with the ability to make independent teams work together.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of related IT business work experience
- Desirable experience in IT/Human Resources projects
- Desirable advanced degree (e.g. Master) or equivalent experience.
- Desirable certifications (Agile, PMI, Scrum)
- Desirable knowledge Human Resources systems and interconnection with Payroll systems.
