We are currently looking for a LATAM Operations Specialist to join our team!

• Manage the onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and others.
• Manage employee’s needs in terms of requests and/or any other HR related issues.
• Maintain fluid communication and weekly follow-up with employees.
• Management in the logistic chain for the shipment and delivery of computer equipment, welcome pack, and others.
• Management and control of PTO.
• Weekly follow-up and control of the employees’ working hours and timesheets.
• Elaboration of satisfaction surveys for clients and employees.
• Organize events dedicated to employee wellness.
• Organize and manage budgets and expenses across multiple entities and countries.
• Coordinate meetings and activities with legal department.
