Description:

We are a fast-growing Immigration Law Firm looking to help as many undocumented immigrants in the US achieve papers and benefits as possible. To support that goal, we are expanding our excellent HR team to ensure Firmwide staffing aligns with business needs and projections. The ideal recruiting candidate will have experience in creating job posts, screening candidates, interviewing, and assisting with the hiring process. Our Firm has both English and Spanish speaking positions, so this recruiter will need to be fluent in both languages. Location: Remote / Latin America
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST

Job Responsibilities

  • Create strong relationships with leaders across the Firm to best support their team’s needs and hire the perfect fit
  • Create and post job descriptions in Upwork, Indeed, etc. to attract top talent
  • Review applications and resumes and select excellent candidates based on existing skills and workplace culture fit
  • Perform initial screen on candidates before making recommendations to the appropriate leader for second interview
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2 or more years’ experience recruiting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and self-motivated
  • Desire to help support our organization to reach and exceed our amazing goals
