Kean Miller is seeking a Lateral/Experienced Associate in our Houston office to join our Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation Group. Qualified candidates will possess two to four years of litigation experience. Litigation experience should include taking depositions, writing motions, and responding to discovery. Our associates work hand in hand with partners on all phases of litigation, from rapid response investigations, case reporting, discovery and depositions, through trial preparation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability and the desire to interact directly with Kean Miller’s clients and to further develop client and referral relationships.
- The successful candidate should have a track record of high achievement, the desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment and the ability to work as part of a team.
- This position is based in our Houston office and all candidates must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
