Job Description
- Develop and implement Scroll processes for Trim, Chassis, Final Car, Door Build, Engine Build, and Internal Logistics, ensuring optimal workstation efficiency, operator density, and compactness.
- Design and implement assembly lines, integrating innovative solutions to enhance productivity and space utilization.
- Apply certified time standards and use graphics and software tools to streamline production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine production layouts and workflows.
- Analyze and optimize the entire production cycle to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure the integration of ergonomic and safety standards in process designs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in assembly line design and implementation, specifically in an industrial engineering capacity.
- Certification in time standards with proficiency in utilizing graphics and software for productivity improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop Scroll processes for various production segments with a focus on efficiency and compactness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and optimize production processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to continuous learning and applying best practices in industrial engineering.
- Ability to manage projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
