We’re excited to announce a limited number of Management Trainee positions starting in autumn 2025. This program is designed to help you, our future colleague, develop yourself and explore your talents in an internationally thriving company.

THE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE EXPERIENCE

As a Management Trainee, you’ll work on five strategic projects across Visma’s companies and business areas over one year. You’ll have the chance to really contribute to Visma’s deliveries and work in various European locations, like Copenhagen or Amsterdam.

This international program connects you with colleagues from Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Through a shared introductory week in Oslo and joint gatherings at various locations in Europe during the trainee period, you’ll get to know each other well.
After your year as a Management Trainee, you’ll be offered a role within our organization.
