WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING!

Working in laundry, you are an essential part of the Housekeeping Team ensuring that all Room Attendants have everything they need to meet guest bedroom standards. You will maintain Maid stations to ensure linen is prepared and ready for bedrooms. You will also collect used linen, count it and return it to suppliers and complete all paperwork to maintain correct levels.
You will check all deliveries and match them against delivery notes and check invoices. You will check all linen is up to standard and return any that is deemed unfit.
Finally, you will also review whether other departments in the hotel require additional linen, e.g. table linen for Conferences or Food and Beverage, etc.

1. Ordering linen
2. Receive deliveries
3. Count linen
4. Match counts to orders and deliveries
5. Identify reject linen
6. Log linen for reject returns
7. Support in maintaining costs
8. Communication to Suppliers
9. Customer Service
10. Collect linen
