Laundry Supervisor

Ardingly College have an exciting opportunity for a Laundry Supervisor to join our busy Laundry team.
The post-holder will be required to deliver and maintain a high and consistent standard of laundry service to the pupils, staff and guests of the college via the boarding houses, health and wellbeing centre, catering department, gap assistants, sports departments and authorised staff during term time and to APL lettings clients during college holiday periods.
In addition, they are expected to encourage an outstanding team ethos, safe and harmonious working environment through teamwork, equality, motivation and leading by example.
Working Hours: Core hours for this role are term time (34 weeks per year), 07:30am to 4:00pm and 08:00am to 12:00pm, during holiday periods. We are able to offer flexible working options to accommodate different needs and preferences, this may include the option for term time only.
Salary: £29,835 (FTE, based on 42.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year).
Holiday: 25 days per year. 5 days of which must be used during the Christmas closure period. Dates of which are released annually to staff.
