• LAW CLERK - REAL ESTATENORTH TORONTOEASILY ACCESSIBLE BY TTC & HIGHWAY 401Our client, a well established and highly regarded law firm with an outstanding real estate practice is hiring! In this role you will be working on behalf of the developer in the area of low rise development projects.This is a full time permanent role.3+ years of experience is required in order to be considered for this role and some exposure to this area of law is necessary.Responsibilities:
• Assist with land acquisitions, dispositions and financings;
• Assist with builder financings (including deposit trust agreements and related security) and the registration of plans of subdivision and condominium;
• Assist with closings of real estate transactions for both low-rise and high-rise housing projects.SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Law Clerk diploma from an accredited University/College program or equivalent;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Proficiency with Teraview, Unity, PCLaw and the entire MS Office suite;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team;
