JOB SUMMARY

Are you currently at the NYSC camp or 1 – 6 months into service year? Called to Nigerian Bar? Accountable, open to experience, can take instructions, and exercise initiatives? We are looking to hire a suitable candidate fitting to fill this position

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : No Experience
• Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Requirements: The candidate must be skilled in

• Critical thinking.
• Writing proficiency.
• Ability to use basic functions of Microsoft Office suite.
• Project management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Trainee-Associate to understudy other lawyers, and participate in regulatory compliance
• Work with the commercial litigation (dispute)team
• Join in representing clients in court, participate in negotiating, drafting or reviewing contract, legal commentary and case reviews, and other customary roles.
• Conducting legal research and gathering evidence.
• Explaining the law and giving legal advice.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds and other legal documents.

Note: Proximate residency to the office location; Ilasamaja, Lagos, is preferred.
