Behaviour is looking for a full-time law intern (Bar of Quebec) for a 6 months internship. If you are known for your analytic capacities, you love working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where tasks are varied and changing, we’d love to talk to you!
The chosen candidate will work under the Legal Counsel and will receive guidance to achieve the necessary autonomy to practice law, while discovering the day to day of in-house counsel.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the legal team in the analysis of contract law, intellectual property, consumer law and privacy issues, and conduct related legal research;
  • Assist the legal team in drafting and reviewing legal documents (confidentiality agreements, software licenses, supplier contracts, demand letters, authorization forms, various letters, etc.);
  • Support the legal team in the management and protection of the trademark and copyright portfolio (including copyright filings, clearance searches and preparation of proofs of trademark use);
  • Assist the legal team in supporting operational and corporate teams on special projects, and perform any other related tasks.
