• Work on corporate law questions, with a focus on capital market law, commercial law and securities trading law
• Answer general questions concerning civil and contractual law
• Perform tasks with regards to banking supervisory law, regulatory topics (e.g. KWG), compliance and corporate governance (e.g. GWG, BDSG)
