We are seeking a Lawmatics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal technology, criminal defense, and immigration law, combined with sales experience. This role will focus on leveraging Lawmatics software to enhance client relationships, streamline operations, and drive business development efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 3+ years of experience in a legal setting, with a focus on criminal defense and immigration law.
- Proven experience with Lawmatics
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Lawmatics to manage client relationships, streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiency in case management.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for client onboarding, document management, and case tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on case status.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for new business and drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that promote our legal services to potential clients.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, research, and documentation related to criminal defense and immigration matters.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices in all interactions.
