EXPERIENCE

As the successful candidate, you will be a skilled lawyer, ideally with two to four years of post-admission experience gained in construction law or dispute resolution.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our construction dispute resolution team. We operate in all aspects of contentious construction, including litigation, domestic and international arbitrations, contractual dispute resolution processes and Security of Payment adjudications, as well as providing strategic project delivery advice to clients. As part of a national team, you will work directly with our clients and the Partners across Brisbane and Sydney.
